nanowrimo [06 Nov 2007|01:58am] [ mood | disappointed ] [ music | Painted Too Much Of This Town - Emerson Drive ] well, i'm trying to do nanowrimo. I'm doing pretty good. I've written 7,234 words since the beginning of the month. I'm only down 1 day which is about 1,667 words. I'm behind becuase of this weekend, I had long weekend. I caught up alot this weekend. I wrote 3,475 words today. I want to try and write about the same tomorrow so I can be all caught up and not have to worry about catching up. To hit the 50,000 mark by the end of the month, the daily goal is 1,667. I am pushing myself to win it this year. Winning means I made it to the 50,000. I'm hoping that if I make it it will inspire me to keep writing and maybe something good will come out of it. I've always wanted to write but I can get way too lazy with it. 1,667 words a day is not that bad. I've started talking to a boy. We've been talking everyday since we "met". We found each other online. We were supposed to go on a date today. But things happended and we didn't get to do it. I'm disappointed. I really hope we get to hang out soon. It would be lovely if something happened. A boy for christmas? Amazing. I would love it. We shall see I think I'm gonna head to bed. I wanna get up and do some writing and call someone and make them come visit me at work. Tell A Story

ugh [31 Aug 2007|11:22pm] Well, this weekend and week have sucked First I was woken up yesterday by a phone call from my mom telling me my aunt was in the hospital because she fell and was unconcious and not breathing on her own. Then while I was at work my mom showed up to tell me that she died. She's still on the machines and everything but she is clinically dead. I ended up breaking down pretty badly and had to leave work. I am definitely not a happy camper. I had the feeling I was going to get that news fairly soon but still didn't want to get it. They took my aunt off life support today....... I talked to my mom right before I was supposed to work and broke down again. They didn't want me to work since I was soo bad. I'm not working at all this weekend and am getting funeral pay. I honestly don't know how I am going to get through this weekend. it's going to be really hard. We have the viewing/funeral home on sat and sunday and the funeral on Monday. Sunday and Monday are probably going to be the hardest. Anyone wanna show me in love at all? i could really really use some right now. I can also really use all the support i can get. updateo [29 Aug 2007|03:13pm] [ mood | blah ] [ music | I'm Like A Bird - Element 101 ] well, i've been out of my parent's house for a year now. I knew I could handle it, I was just a little scared. This will also be the first year I haven't gone to school in like 18 years. It's kinda wierd. lol. But in a good way. Work is still driving me crazy. I get such wierd schedules. I work 8 days straight. Starting yesterday and until next Wednesday. I can pretty much guarantee I will be a bitch by the time it's over. lol We shall see. I'm losing weight. A couple of people have said it. i don't really notice it. I think it's the wierd schedule I've been having. I work late so then I sleep in and then because of that I'm not eating a lot cuz I don't have time. I'm trying to get through all the music on my ipod before I change any of it. I'm halfway there. It seems like it's taking forever. I hope to be done with Target by X-mas. That would be superb. I'm also on the lookout for a boy as usual. lol well, i'm off to work. Tell A Story

i'm baaaack [06 Jul 2007|09:17pm] Well, I finaly have a computer again. Let me tell you it sucks not having one. Things have been ok. I just owe my mom a shitload of money for using the internet on my phone. Just for stupid shit since I didn't have a computer. Whoops. I did something to my eye. I think i had/having an allergic reaction to something. It's been all red and itchy and gross. And it hurts pretty bad. It sucks. Transformers was awesome!!!! I loved it. I wanna see it again. i graduated [28 May 2007|07:39pm] I finally graduated from college. I have 2 assciates degrees and 2 certificates. I have an associates degree of applied science in medical assisting and a associate's dcegree in general studies. Plus a certificate in phelebotomy and front office skills. I finally did it! yay me! This is/has been the summer of movies. I saw Spiderman 3 on opening day, Shrek 3 opening weekend and Pirates on opening day (actually Thursday night at 11:30 pm Boo yah). And we're probably seeing Pirates again. Seeing Transformers (it looks sooo good. i'm totally excited), Ocean's Thirteen and Harry Potter. Pirates was soooo good. Loved it. Haven't been posting on here cuz I techinally don't have a computer at the moment. Tell A Story

[27 Mar 2007|09:15pm] well I never seem to update this anymore. I should probably do it more often. I'm just lazy. Things are going pretty well with the hole school thing. I should be graduating in May. 2 degrees and 2 certificates. woot woot. I've been working alot and keeping busy. Work is driving me nuts. I bought the Acoustic Bayside cd and I love it. The new Daphne Loves Derby is really good. I should be getting some DLD stuff in the mail fairly soon. The new Good Charlotte is interesting. They are trying way too hard to try and make themselves cool. They could do better. I got the Inspector gadget dvd set today from work. I managed to find it marked down at work today to $12! $12 for some sweet Inspector Gadget. I love it. I think I'm falling int love with Nicholas Sparks books. I could never see myself liking those kind of books but after the notebook I decided to try more out. I'm reading "the wedding" (follow up to The Notebook) and I got "Dear John" for Xmas. I want to get them all. lol I want a new cell phone pretty bad. After having and using the Razr I'm not that impressed and don't see the big deal about it. I've been talking to this guy too. I'm hoping to get somewhere with this one. He really seems to like me and I really like him too. We shall see what happens. It rained pretty hard to day. A stretch of gratiot (a busy main road around here) was flooded pretty bad between 23 and 24. Was an interesting drive home. Well, I think I'm done now. [06 Dec 2006|04:11pm] well, I haven't posted here in like forever.I have had a good reason, though quick update: laptop = broken work = alot school = frustrating graduating = scared it might not happen toe = hurt gym = haven't been in a while cuz of toe now, some explaining laptop = broken My lapttop decided it didn't want to work anymore. So, i am basically without a computer and it sucks. As of right now I have to come to my parent's house (which is where I am at right now) to use my old desktop computer. I need to get it fixed sometime soon. work = alot I've been working alot and that is keeping me busy. and giving me money School = frustrating School is driving me nuts right now. i wanna be done with it so bad graduating = scared it might not happen I haven't found an extern site yet and i can't get into the class i need at the time i need. ugh toe = hurt I had my right pinky toe nail removed. It was bad to begin with. It's still healing, i had it removed the day after thanksgiving. it's getting pretty close to being done healing. I've been limping around cuz of it. gym = haven't been in a while cuz of toe I joined Bally's with Jenn and Brandon but I haven't been in a while cuz of my toe. I will be going back soon. I want to see the movie "The Prestige" It looks pretty good plus David Bowie is it. Rhonda - did you know that? That reminds me, i should put some Bowie on my ipod. Saw Aimee and Rob today. i've missed those two. i love em. Their kid is gonna be sooooo cute. They loved the gifts I got for the baby. yay!! I roughly have 183 movies and 14 tv series. I know there's more cuz I left a set at my parents. I finally found it's a mad mad world that I've been looking for. yay! I'm still going to be buying movies. lol. I can't stop. I want the Texas Chainsaw Massacre Ultimate Edition that came out and the Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 that is coming out. Plus The Little Mermaid it coming out too. I'll probably post the list here sometime. I found someone online who has the movie collection that I want. Seriously. I am pretty much completely jealous. [24 Sep 2006|10:11pm] I don't write in here enough. I've been busy with work and school. I'll have lived away from my parents two monrths in a couple days. yay me!!! I got the greatest thing in the mail yesterday!! I got the Dawn of the Dead ultimate edition!! Super duper awesome. I was so excited when I opened it. I have 6 more zombie movies on the way too. It'll be $30 for 7 movies - all zombie movies too. Sweet. It was a buy one boxset get one free deal. I swear if you ever need to order any movies go through deepdiscountdvd.com They have super deals there. And if you pick regular shipping it's free. Things get sent out pretty fast too. It was sent out on Wed and I got it yesterday. That is pretty fast. I think it's about the same as priority. seriously. I need to stop buying so many movies. I have way too many. lol. I need to make a list of them all. I'm still talking to the boy. He's a good thing to have in my life. We still haven't met but that should change soon. I really want it to change. Being able to see him will make things even better and then he'll be an even better part of my life. [17 Aug 2006|11:47pm] Sometimes I really don't know if myspace is a good or a bad thing. I was screwing around on there tonight and found some people from high school. Some of them make me feel like I haven't done anything with my life. A bunch already have kids and shit. I've got nothing. I'm not even done with school yet and I have a crappy job. Ugh. I feel unaccomplished. I need to find a new job really really bad. I hate this job. I should try the phlebotomy thing (drawing blood).
